Stephen's career in Leadership and Education has been an exciting, enriching, rewarding journey.  He has enjoyed educating children, teens and adults from all walks of life and socioeconomic settings in rural, suburban and urban environments across the K-12 spectrum.  He is committed to empowering all spiritually, academically, emotionally and socially.   

          Stephen also has a myriad of relatable personal life experiences and testimonies that aspire hope and change. Over the years, he has effectively addressed numerous and diverse audiences with tremendous impact. From tears to laughter, healing and restoration are set in motion and a fire for change is ignited. As a former member of the National Speakers Association and Michigan Professional Speakers association Stephen continues to uplift and aspire many. His conviction as a change agent charges the atmosphere empowering audiences to seek desired goals/outcomes.

          He has enjoyed the privilege of hosting an array of audiences which include but are not limited to schools, universities, clubs, organizations, businesses, prisons, churches and government entities.
