The E³xcite instructional method is mission driven vs. text driven. Therefore, it can be used with any existing curriculum to foster mission and achievement for Christian schools, Home School, churches, and any other Christian organizations serving children K-12. E³xciting Leadership provides necessary training and materials for effective implementation.
E³xcite Vision
E³xcite Vision
E³xciting Leadership envisions wise and compassionate children and youth who are spiritually, academically, socially, and emotionally whole, dynamic in leadership, impacting the world, giving glory to God through their service, gifts, and vocations.
Scriptural passages establishing our purpose, mission, and vision.
Matt 22:37-39NIV 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.
Matt 18-20NIV 18 Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
Ephesians 4:11-13 11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.

Malphurs (2019) findings that approximately 65% of our churches have plateaued or declined in spiritual growth. He attributes this decline to shortcomings in evangelism and edification. As a result, Christian Schools which are reflections of our churches in particular affiliated churches and accreditation agencies have been directly affected. To address this concern, seminary training now emphasize interpersonal communication and strategic thinking in cultivating effective leaders Malphurs, 2019). Several Christian Universities have also followed suit.
K-12 Christian Schools are also addressing this issue by moving towards mission driven education and away from traditional text driven education addressing the "whole person" including areas of evidenced based, strategic thinking, interpersonal communication and collaboration. “One of the most important trends that I’ve seen in Christian education,” Amy Love, director of curriculum and instruction at Liberty Christian Academy (LCA) in Lynchburg, Virginia, said. “…is connecting our content for students in real world applications, especially connecting it with worldview.” (Ramey, 2017).
According to Love, LCA places an emphasis on very intentional worldview development for its students which Love said is another trend in Christian education. This trend includes making sure students understand what they believe and why they believe it as well as being able to articulate the reasons why they believe it. The worldview LCA uses gives context to all the academic subject areas taught to students at LCA (Ramey, 2017).

Pastor Warren attributes his forty one plus year testimony of a contagious and healthy church to the holistic and multidimensional spiritual growth reflected in fellowship, discipleship, worship, ministry, and evangelism (Warren, 2013). Christian School health is similar in that it needs holistic instruction and multidimensional spiritual growth. The E³xcite instruction method provides teachers with practical tools to foster multidimensional and holistic student needs and growth. E³xcite instruction also addresses current concerns Christian Schools have in this instructional paradigm shift. As Barna (2019) expresses inspiring us to see a future vision and plan of action that enables forward progress in Kingdom Building. Besides a host of workshops on instruction and class management, E³xciting Leadership also provides strategic planning, leadership development and diversity training.
